Ordered online put my address and name a package came on another name so staff gave it to the neighbour .when I reached out customer service said sorry about that must off been the old owner , even I put my name on the delivery they just didn’t feel like putting my name on it . And put the old owners name witch own the next building that I don’t get on . Unbelievable will not be using agin .probably won’t get my package now as I don’t get on with the person who’s got my parcel. 0 stars from me
