The Coveva water recycling plant is fully automatic using a high quality filtration design for use in the car wash industry.
The waste water from the car wash interceptor is pumped into the first resting 1000 litre settling tank with silt sinking to the bottom. Between the interceptor
and resting tank, Flocculant is dispensed automatically into the waste water before entering the resting tank, completing its function of removing
the vast majority of bacteria, viruses and protozoa- even in liquids in high turbidity.
The waste water is pumped using a filter protected pump from the resting tanks into the Filtration system. The four stages of filtration include stage 1-50
micron filter, stage 2-polishing filter, stage 3-organic filter (specially designed to remove turbidity and algae) and stage 4- 1 micron particular filter. There
is an optional UV light if requested.
The water is used for vehicle prewash only. For a final rinse fresh water is used to ensure no remnants of recycled water is left on the car.
All recycling systems will be built according to the site demand.

Used a many Alloy cleaners in my 20 years off business and this is one of the best for valeter s keeping on top aff regular customers cars with a great dilution rate.. 21 litres works out so economical..
Found it expensive compared to other products. Will monitor price and quality
After a few weeks the rubber comes off and its exposes the braiding, becomes very sharp and dangerous To put away. it will eventually burst even with right pressure
